WHERE WE ARE

“I could not describe in words the vaporous light floating around the coasts when we arrived in Palermo in a beautiful afternoon.
The purity of the contours, the whole sweetness, the degrading of the tones, the harmony of the sky, of the sea, of the earth … who has seen them once will not forget them for a lifetime.” (J.W. Goethe)

Welcome to Palermo!

City of strong contrasts, lying between the sea, the promontory of Mount Pellegrino and the citrus groves of the Conca d’Oro, its special geographical position had favored over the centuries the meeting of many people and civilizations that had left their unforgettable marks in a match of flavors and traditions, art and gastronomy, making unique this land even today.

Listed in the top ten for its “street food”, Palermo boasts an artistic and architectural heritage of great value that allows it, together with Monreale and Cefalù, to join officially the UNESCO Heritage for its Arab-Norman itineraries. A reason of pride for the whole city, but also a confirmation of its beauty and cultural, artistic and historical importance.
